Aluminum formwork is a new type of building formwork system, made of aluminum alloy profiles through mechanical processing and welding processes.

Lightweight and high strength:Building aluminum formwork is approximately 30kg/㎡, which is the lightest among existing metal building formworks. The construction process can be completely manually assembled and transported without relying on lifting machinery. (Workers usually only need a wrench and a small hammer, which is convenient and quick). Experimental test data show that the bending strength of aluminum alloy is three times that of ordinary steel, with tensile strength >180mpa and yield strength >180mpa.
One-time molding design, strict construction, high precision:The construction drawings are designed in one go, with overall casting and strict construction. The wall formwork, top formwork, and support systems are organically integrated. The formwork is fully assembled at one time to achieve one-time construction; with small errors and high precision, ensuring the overall strength and service life of the building, making it very suitable for high-rise standard floors, super high-rise buildings, and multiple buildings with the same unit type.

Ordinary workers can operate independently after simple training (compared to wood formwork: aluminum formwork installers only need 70-80% of wood formwork installers, and do not need skilled workers, only simple training for construction personnel before installation is required, thus saving labor).

All parts of the aluminum alloy building formwork system are assembled from aluminum alloy plates. Therefore, only one layer of aluminum formwork and three layers of single supports are needed, which can maximize the speed of engineering assembly and construction disassembly. Unique support system, convenient for material transportation and walking on the construction site:The bottom support system of the aluminum formwork adopts a "single-pipe vertical and independent" support, with an average spacing of 1.2 meters. For general floor heights, no horizontal or diagonal pulling support is needed, and construction personnel can move materials and walk freely on the construction site. The single support is easy to remove.
